Self Love Jar and Practical Magic Love Spell.

So the first one I did with Aphrodite and you can see how I made it here:

@teaheez68

A great spell for those who have PTSD and need some emotional healing. #fyp #witch #witchtok #spell #aphrodite #spelljar

♬ original sound – Tea Heez

I basically made it to help with my depression and it has! It’s great to have around while I do my morning and night skin care routine as well as when I put on make up or do any beauty activity.

My next spell jar is one that is inspired by the movie Practical Magic. When young Sally makes her love spell for someone she thinks doesn’t exist she finds that he does exist and they do fall in love and it feels organic not forced. I for one have never felt love spells for attracting a partner goes against a person’s will, and Sally’s spell is a prime example.

Below are the ingredients. Be sure that only the rose quartz, rose petal, list of qualities you’d like in a person, and rose bud are the only necessary ingredients needed everything else is subjective:

So once you have your ingredients go ahead and put them together:

Then if you like seal it!

Hope you enjoyed these spell jars! Hopefully they’ll help you. Happy witching!

Cannabis in My Witchcraft.

You may be thinking that I get high to astral travel, but really smoking cannabis helps me ground whilst I meditate.

I go by the meditations the book suggests then I am pulled into the astral to usually just chill with my deities and spirits but I’ve also done some work over there while high and I was able to focus more so than usual. Not saying getting high is necessary for astral travel it just helps not to get stuck there.

Some UPG correspondences are:

  • Necromancy
  • Spirit communication
  • Intuition enhancing
  • Luck
  • Euphoria
  • Enhances magickal focus

  • And more!

I also like to use it when I do readings. Check out this reading for example:

The reading was with the Priestess of Light Oracle card deck and it was a spread for what my matron deity, Hekate, wants me to focus on. Clarifying my goals as wanting to become her priestess, her guiding me, to an abundant spiritual life. The 2nd card is her very much represented with a canine, one of her animals, and her guiding hand through my studies with her.

After that I blessed and charmed my smoke blend (recipe below) to give me clarity, guidance, and abundance. Artemis, green candle, Ganesh, the elephant statue, and Kuan Yin, statue, also blessed my herbs. The crystals are K2, Kyanite, Ruby in Kyanite, amethyst, rose quartz, labradorite, blue calcite, and selenite.

My smoke blend:

  • Cannabis – luck, enhanced magick
  • Rose bud – love, self love, abundance
  • Spearmint – luck, abundance
  • Lavender – dreams, peace
  • Green tea – earth energy, zen
  • Blue lotus – lunar energy, feminine
  • Catnip – abundance, calm
  • Hibiscus – love, prosperity

If you are over 21 I HIGHly recommend using cannabis in your craft. Stay safe and happy witching!

30 Day Devotional For Your Deity.

Here is a 30 day challenge with you and your deity. For atheist friends you can replace deity with yourself.

Create a secret language with your deity and write a dedication as your introduction in your new language.

Use a song to connect and write down images, feelings, ect you saw/felt.

Write a poem about their correspondences.

Write a devotional hymn of praise.

Have a cup of tea (or tea party) and write down the conversation.

Create affirmations with your deity so that you know you’re loved.

Shadow work: Focus on your shadow self and write down what your deity wants you to work on.

Write a hymn of gratitude.

Use a card spread to connect with your deity and write down the interpretation.

Bake with you deity and write down the recipe and why They chose it.

Write a chant or two that you can use to magically connect with said deity.

Write a haiku or a few of the simple mundane aspects of your relationship.

Create a dance or stretch with a deity and write down the steps as well as how you feel connected to your deity while performing.

Create a playlist then listen to it while writing about your favorite things about your deity.

Write about why your favorite myth about your deity is your favorite.

Are there any pop culture references to your deity? If so write about why you like/dislike their portrayal.

Are there historical characters that interacted with your deity? How do you feel about them?

Who is your deity to you? Matron? Patron? Grandfather like? Write about how you met your deity and your first impressions.

Middle ground. Write about the first time you felt comfortable with your deity.

How is your relationship now and what you hope for the future?

Write a poem about how They recently made you feel.

Give three examples of Them being benevolent.

Give three examples of when They had to give you a wake up call.

Write an informative paragraph about your deity as if you were writing to a completely unknowing novice.

Create a spell together that only works if both of you do it together.

Allow your deity to make a protection contract with you.

Special bonds. Write a bonding devotional where you dedicate yourself to Them (as a devotee, priestess, fan, ect ).

Create a picture that represents Them with devotional poetry.

Go on a walk and talk with your deity. Record the conversation.

Ask for wisdom and guidance and what They expect from you. Write down their answer.

Poem for Hekate: Center of the Crossroads.

Keys and crossroads,
In the secrets of two torch's flames,
Are mysterious codes
Even Zeus fears Her many names.

Obsidian ophidians and onyx wolves scatter,
And become dear guides,
To those She thinks matter.

In a voice like fog She confides,
To Her Witches, Priests, and Priestesses,
Trickles of Her mysteries,
Almost like pages of Her diaries.

I hear the wisdom of Hekate's soul,
Dragons confirm Her ancient truth,
In Her scrying bowl,
She sees me wild and uncouth,
She delights in my dancing to Her song in the center of the Crossroads.

Yet Another Card Spread.

So I came up with this spread because recently on tiktok witchtok drama, some 13 year old kids got tricked by something pretending to be the Greek Gods. These “gods” told them they are giving up their godly powers to mortals…like one named Katie…yeah. So I came up with this spread to see if a trickster is tricking you or are you actually talking to the deity you believe in?

So this spread is kinda funky…

This spread has no order to it. At least as mathematically as I can guess. But yes it is to bring your own chaos energy to show you mean business!

Tricky Trix Spread

  1. This card should represent said deity’s myth.
  2. Their favorite myth about themselves theme wise.
  3. Their least favorite myth about themselves theme wise.
  4. Their interest in you.
  5. What they intend to give you if you work with them.
  6. Qualities of their personality.
  7. The true them (their intentions).
  8. What to expect working with them.

I did this spread with Loki being the trickster of all tricksters I did it twice.

Kitsune Deck.
Light Seers deck.

And it confirmed that Loki is Loki as I knew it would. So if you are questioning who you’re talking to and aren’t aware of a deity’s energy or energy signature this spread could really help you!

Thanks for reading and happy witching!

Deity Tarot Spread Plus New Daily Practice!

I wanted to do more devotional work with my deities so I came up with this spread to help get some prompts started for my devotional journal. So, here is the spread:

Deity Tarot Spread

  1. This is you in the relationship.
  2. This is your general need from said deity.
  3. This is what your relationship entails at the moment.
  4. This is Them and what They want you to know about how They’re feeling.

Here are my results with Artemis, Longmu, and Loki:

And of course I’ll translate my terrible handwriting. *note that reversals are also read with the right side up meanings.*

Artemis:

Cards: Light Seer’s Tarot – Page of Pentacles, 10 of Swords (r), 10 of Cups, Knight of Cups (r).

  1. New opportunities, earth magick, ambitions, beginnings plus good news, financial opportunities.
  2. Recovery, resisting the inevitable, finging hope, healing.
  3. Love, soulmates, harmony, divine connections, wholeness.
  4. Moodiness, protecting the heart, seeking connection, chivalry, romantic.
Overall it shows our divine connection as soulmates. Since I was 16 and did blood magick with Her, even when I ignored Her, She was always there for me. Together we make an unstoppable team. I am forever grateful She chose me and allows me to blossom under Her love and protection. Thank you my lovely Goddess!

Longmu:

Cards: Chinese Tarot – Ace of Staves (r), Ten of Coins, 4 of Cups (r), The Empress.

  1. Cloudy outlook, fortune, Adventure, decadence.
  2. Riches, safety, family, inheritance, ancestry, home.
  3. New possibilities, new knowledge, weariness, aversion.
  4. Feminine progress, fruitfulness, accomplishment, family, motivating.
This shows my warm and yet exciting relationship with my soul mother. We can be rather tired when it comes to work, but once we have our minds set on something we accomplish it. Home and family mean everything to Her, and I am glad I get to be a part of it!

Loki:

Cards: The Dragon Tarot – Queen of Cups, Knight of Wands, 8 of Wands (r), King of Cups (r).

  1. Desire, lust, passion.
  2. Dynamic, wonderfully complicated, balanced opposites.
  3. Quickness, speed, haste.
  4. Open with emotions, blunt, honest.
I believe this is about our more private life. Nevertheless, it shows Loki and I have an unbreakable bond full of complex passion. We're quick to get on each other's nerves and quick to forgive. Our relationship is fun yet deep. I'm grateful Loki is mine.

Now on to my new daily practice. Rune of the day!

Today was Fehu, but I’m actually going to show you my first I started almost a week ago.

Berkana was the rune.

Also wanted to show how my spirituality is doing and to show off my lesbianflag manicure:

Alright well thank you for reading and happy witching!

Happy Mounikhia and the “Pink” Moon!

The festival in Athens celebrating Artemis for Her bright full moonlight giving the the advantage for success.

Earlier today I helped a baby robin be reunited with his parents and sister. He was quite determined to stay on my hand but once I found the bush his family was in he hopped right off. They quickly gathered him back to his nest. Artemis approved.

But for the festival I made her these little round cakes. Not exactly amphiphontes but Artemis guided me through this recipe. She said She wanted something earthy and sweet and these definitely hit the mark.

I also filmed the pink moon the other night. It seems fitting to add it here as well since it was Her moonlight that won the battle.

Twas a lovely evening indeed!

Recipe for cakes down below and happy witching!

Unconventional Amphiphontes

  • 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup of water
  • 3 tbls of sugar
  • 1 tbl of honey
  • 1 tbl of poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 crushed nutmeg
  • Stirr and place in a muffin sheet
  • Oven heated at 400°F
  • Bake for 12-15 mins

Daily Tarot Reading: 4/26/21 And Guidance of the Week! A

Additional advice was the Ace of Wands.

I’ve been trying to do a daily tarot reading for myself every morning. Doesn’t always work but when it does I can see how the day can progress.

I ordered this very deck so hopefully it will come soon!

So this reading today is pretty much about exploring creativity, not getting into bad habits, and overall being a good communicator with good intent.

Now for the guidance of the week…

Another creative card. It talks about how the desert increases creativity especially in the spirtual desert.

Thanks for reading and happy witching!

Giving Into Fate.

So I am very well aware that Hecate or Hekate very much wants to work with me. We tried this relationship once back in 2014-2016. I tested and failed and my punishment was madness. But I have come to realize, the madness was a gift. I wasn’t ready for any kind of priestess work. Especially since I was told often by Hecate that She wanted me to become a goddess. That’s something I’m not comfortable with, but instead of listening back then I offended Her by not listening to reason. She was testing me to see if I wanted power.

I passed that part but failed to listen why. She wanted me to have ambition but not too much. But back then I had very little ambition due to being gatekept by ex friends. I kept thinking I was lesser even though I had very little trials to go through at the times. Deities were blessing me left and right and my ex friend was jealous of it. They came out and said so. Hiding was the best form of not feeling like I was hurting someone else’s spiritual growth.

But Hecate felt that was very wrong of me to do. Why suppress and digress when I could of had success. I guess back then I felt like I needed tribulation to experience real divine love. That was the ptsd and the religious trauma talking plus being under the same roof as my oppressor at the time. Hecate wanted to give me power and responsibility knowing full well my intention would be to work and not have others do my work.

Becoming a magikal healer is something I’ve always wanted to do. But to heal you must reveal. And to reveal myself would be revealing my past lives and their effect on my life today. That kind of vulnerability would be hard for me but even if I’m deemed insane at least I won’t be controlled by the mundane.

So this next Pisces Dark Moon I’ll be signing a contract with Hecate that I am ready now to be on the track again to becoming her Priestess. How exactly what are the steps to that? Well, I’m not too sure except I would need to learn under a priestess myself. Searching for one is another thing entirely as is certification. But I feel I am at a place now where I can devote myself again.

The one thing that I wish to accomplish is to allow new witches the same unbiased approach to magik and to allow them to grow without gatekeeping their experiences.

Hopefully, things will be different this time. At least a good kind of different. I am not friends with that person anymore and since then I have felt stronger in my magik. Energy vampires, even ones that claim being an ex vampire, are still going to take your energy and make it theirs. I allowed it more times than once with ex friends. Another thing is I feel more mature in my magik. Being in my early thirties and having done the craft for 16 years the cycle feels complete somehow, ready to start something new.

This spring has had some sadness but ultimately had some hopeful beginnings.

I’ll update everyone further once I have done the ritual.

Happy Witching ya’ll!
